Did you get a call from shipping company telling you the timing? Or did it just show up?

I got a call from No Caller ID number last week saying I’d get another call from shipper this week

I just got an email from a delivery company saying they would be in my area tomorrow (South Bay, Los Angeles) and could deliver my "ebike" :ROFLMAO:. My Ekho page still has no delivery info and the Stark estimate is still June 1. Stark answered my support request last week saying that it had been "dispatched" on the 12th and that I would be hearing from the logistics company shortly - which means a week after dispatch guess?

I'm happy it's nearly here, but not thrilled with the process. 🤷‍♂️

Does anyone have a direct contact to a real person in Stark's sales department?

I've been going round in circles with a certain "Benjamin" who claims he's not an Ai bot while acting exactly like one.

I'd really appreciate if anyone has a contact to someone senior at Stark.
The bot-person answering the sales@starkfuture.com emails is hopeless.

If giving them money is this difficult, I worry how it will be when claiming warranty.

The saga continues. Got an email from Stark last Tuesday (5/13) saying it would be "delivered today".

8 days later and dealer still hasn't seen it. Can't seem to get any tracking info from Stark or anyone.

There's good news and bad news. My Stark was delivered yesterday in LA. I got it all assembled, got it booted up, got the green light, put it into M1 and..... dead. The throttle did nothing. After about an hour of fiddling with the wiring harness just to make sure everything was ok I noticed a firmware update was available (the phone had been showing version 0.0.0). The first firmware update failed but after power cycling and restarting it seemed to work after about 5 minutes. After the update the throttle worked! I rode around the neighborhood and parked for the night to charge. When I woke up this morning the throttle issue had returned and the bike is no longer working. I quadruple checked the connection from the throttle position sensor cable to the ECU and all pins are intact and the thing is plugged in perfectly. It seems to be a software problem and I have an open support ticket.

The bike and looks and feels really nice. The suspension seems to be set up exactly right for me out of the box, but I haven't checked sag yet.

Minor assembly gripe - both alignment sleeves in the pedals have what appears to be intentional punch marks in them that makes it incredibly difficult to get the fasteners though. I had to use a hammer to get them in. The assembly YouTube video conveniently jump cuts around this part :p

I’m in the same boat. Waiting on my LA delivery and no one has reached out except for the delivery broker a few weeks ago. Annoying.
Mine was on that boat in LA too. I had it shipped to a dealer instead of direct to my house. The Shipper contacted me weeks ago to say it's coming soon, but then nothing. Ecko and Stark websites had different delivery dates. Ecko in the past and Stark 6/1. Then, I called the dealer to see if they knew anything and they reported the truck showed up 30 minutes earlier with my bike. I've had it for 4 days now. Loving it so far.

I never noticed the punch mark. Makes sense now why alignment was such a bitch. Check your sag - mine was 121mm, 50mm free sag when delivered- medium suspension for 175lb. Turns a little better now. Good luck on the throttle, I had charging issues my first day and got it resolved after a few. Such a great bike.

Mine Arrived yesterday. The box was very badly torn and the wooden supports were broken in a few places. Amazingly, only one small scratch on the rear fender and all parts were accounted for. Went for a ride to the river today. 19 miles. I used 36% battery. Suspension feels good, but still need to set sag and get rid of the silly tubes and install Tubliss system. Everything else looks and feels great!

Anyone else have issues with the update? I did the mandatory update and now the Varg app won’t open
I had this exact same thing happen out of the box on Thursday. Then I think it must have gotten another update because I tried it again and now it works. I was also told you can go to App Info then the ... menu in the upper right corner and revert the update to get it working. But I didn't need to do that and now as of yesterday afternoon mine is working.

Bike arrived today. It seems like I’m missing the phone cradle. Anyone else?

Like another poster I also needed to tap the foot peg bolts in with a hammer
Yes on both counts. FedEx delivered my phone cradle yesterday. Check your email, they sent me one about it.

My bike was delivered to the dealer on Thursday, but they were too busy to assemble it this week. I couldn't wait until Tuesday to get the bike, I'm leaving on a bike rally trip Thursday and wanted to take it with me, but had a bunch of stuff to do to it before I go. So I talked them into letting me take the crate and mostly assembled it today. I am more than capable of doing the work, I just don't have the time. I threw some street tires on it and got half the stuff I wanted to do to it done and was able to take it around the block. I didn't get over 50mph, but was kind of surprised, was expecting it to be a wheelie monster. It wheelies, but not nearly as effortlessly as I was expecting. I don't know, maybe it wasn't saving my modes correctly. I'll have to play with it some more.

Happy to finally get it, but sure didn't like the lead up to getting it.

Same here…reverted back then updated app and all is well.
Curious if they had a fault with initial FW update which crashed app then had a patched update that later worked.

remember to check the phones connected and press the save icon it should say saved/ down the bottom black line
The bike needed a firmware update, that is why it wouldn't save modes. But after that, the phone often says it is paired with the bike when it really isn't, and it'll say it saved, but doesn't. It would be nice if you could save modes as a file on the phone separately.....or even better, if they could get their phone working reliably.

Got mine today, powers up, charging fine but throttle won’t work. Standing in front of the bike it sends the throttle wire plugs into the far right receptacle. Blk on blk right?
