There's good news and bad news. My Stark was delivered yesterday in LA. I got it all assembled, got it booted up, got the green light, put it into M1 and..... dead. The throttle did nothing. After about an hour of fiddling with the wiring harness just to make sure everything was ok I noticed a firmware update was available (the phone had been showing version 0.0.0). The first firmware update failed but after power cycling and restarting it seemed to work after about 5 minutes. After the update the throttle worked! I rode around the neighborhood and parked for the night to charge. When I woke up this morning the throttle issue had returned and
the bike is no longer working. I quadruple checked the connection from the throttle position sensor cable to the ECU and all pins are intact and the thing is plugged in perfectly. It seems to be a software problem and I have an open support ticket.
The bike and
looks and feels really nice. The suspension seems to be set up exactly right for me out of the box, but I haven't checked sag yet.
Minor assembly gripe - both alignment sleeves in the pedals have what appears to be intentional punch marks in them that makes it incredibly difficult to get the fasteners though. I had to use a hammer to get them in. The assembly YouTube video conveniently jump cuts around this part
