Ah ha I knew I recognized this bike I believe you are right almost anyway. It looks VERY similar the frame looks slightly different. Also about the weight the Redshift weighs about the same weight as this bike.

Saw this on charged cycle works store. Its available now and it's street legal. Looks kinda like a 250cc size trail bike. Can't help but think it looks similar to another bike...
