Yes the original Stark kick stand also comes with two springs but I think they are a better quality and possibly even Stainless spring steel. This one was also modified to prevent auto retract. See the tube like screw cup has been cut flush to allow the circular stainless steel pivot arm to pass over top when fully extended.

The small spring fits inside the large and both hooks attach at the same proper locations on each end.
