You are probably riding it the wrong part of the stroke. Diving into mid stroke harshness. What springs do you have? Mx or trail? Torque on the tubes in spec?check for axel alignment!

Yeah don’t remove that much oil. The min spec is around 300cc. You will cause friction and wear on the bushings and seals. I would check for binding on fork legs by loosening the axel pinch bolts. What’s your weight? You might have wrong springs for your weight.

I would remove some oil stock is 370cc I’m at 320cc

8mm preload stock sound's right. I’m running 4-5mm with new spring for trails much better.

I’m in phoenix and never had any indication of over heat. Ride it when it’s hot and it stays in hot garage. Fan runs a lot and range is affected but nothing else unusual.

Out of principal yes. But the power curve adjustment is what this bike takes it to a new level. A new map and head on a two stroke is $650 that’s 4.5 years of subscription for stark.

Bike has to be balanced for it to jump evenly and to skim whoops. Correct springs and sag is the starting point for all good setups then adjust clickers/oil height then valving for style and terrain.

I would use a 12 clamp shim and adjust the stock mid for best results

New update has race mode setting to be compliant with some sanctioned races and time until neutral and off settings.

Look at the app version notes on the google play store it mentions traction control and flywheel controls. Not sure if this has always been there or it’s new.
