This. It is pretty basic engineering, and I am surprised to hear all the backyard mechanics and expert opinions in this thread. I just don't want to have to explain it.

After watching the video though Stark support agreed this wasn't right. I offered to have the wheels balanced locally and was told that it wouldn't have that much of an impact, at least not to the level of vibration.

In my case it took a challenge on my credit card and reaching out through instagram. Different experiences.
