No update, or lock use ever. Still waiting on initial reply from Stark. My dealer tells me to bring it in, but it’s a 2 hour drive I’d rather avoid.

Add another to the list of no start EXs. Worked fine for 3 hour ride yesterday, loaded up with 60ish percent, now completely dead.

You can anneal the copper washer by heating it with a torch and letting it cool to room temp. Probably overkill but that’s the correct process aside from replacing it.

KTM wheels have not changed in atleast 20 years, I think 2003 was when the current hub was first used.

It just slides off. It’s currently held in place from the friction of the rubber boots seated in grooves.

I’m only a few days into the Stark experiment, but I believe after changing settings you have to tap the floppy disc in the low right corner to save them.

Dealer told me last week when I picked up, the horn and brackets are coming later.
