Varg ride log data consistency issue

It seems the ride logs over time are becoming more inaccurate. I took someone else's advise on the Facebook group and tried deleting almost all of my ride entries. This was supposed to speed things up. What I noticed was that the overall ride time/mileage for the bike changed also. What used to say 48 hours total ride time was now showing 14 hours. However there is not a direct relationship from the single log entries to the total. In other words if I delete one entry that was a 1 hour ride it won't take off 1 hour from the total time on the bike. It just seems to randomly decided what mileage I have. Or I have the Banjamin Button Edition Varg that gets younger over time. When I emailed Stark they said my mileage on their end was showing 36 which makes no sense! They didn't answer my question as to why or how to remedy this. Has anyone else experienced erratic behavior in their ride data? This makes it pretty hard to know when to do service intervals not to mention when it comes to selling the bike.

I have noticed weirdness and erratic behavior with the ride logs but I was attributing it to the fact that I don't do any updates to the phone and mostly don't use it other than to check speed, mode, charge, and bike specific settings.

Stark finally emailed back saying they apologize but they are aware and working on an update for this known issue. I wish they would have just said that from the beginning. My hours have gone from 48-11-14-36-58. I feel 58 is close to where I should be at.
