Owner's Review Anyone else find Stark support crap?

Rode my bike about 10 minutes prior to installing the side stand (which Stark said that I had to install myself even though I ordered the bike with it). The bolt holding the subframe to the side panel was cross threaded and ruined the threads of the side panel on removal. The bike is not unrideable (yes, I know that by spending 3 hours of my life pulling the subframe I could chase the threads...but really...should I have to?). Reached out to Stark three times and have yet to hear back. Super disappointed. Considering telling them to come pick up the bike. Anyone have a PHONE NUMBER for support. Thanks

First of all, not sure why you had to remove anything to install the kickstand or its bracket.
My kickstand bracket broke on my first ride, and they sent me a new one, but I never removed anything else to install it.

Stark support used to reply by email within 24 hours.
Since the launch of the EX, they are a lot slower, but will respond, now it can take up to a week, then after their first reply, it should be 24 hours or less for subsequent replies.
Unfortunately there is no phone support available.
In my experience, their support has been exceptionally good (however, it does seem to be slipping).
Ever try to get warranty service on any other brand motocross bike, let alone 2 full years of warranty?
Hope you get satisfaction from them soon.

delivery/ support/ customer engagement
Current rating SHIT at best
and yes i was with husqvarna and suzuki for a lot of years
both of them where 1000 times better than stark

"Ever try to get warranty service on any other brand motocross bike, let alone 2 full years of warranty?" I would be happy to go and buy a new Yamaha with no warranty because I have had quite a few and never had an issue that would come under warranty.
My stark has been out of action for over half the time I have had it (19 Months) due to warranty issues, often the same problems as the replacment parts are no different so even 2 years warranty will not fix the issues.

Stark clearly have seen it is costing them with all the replacment parts they are sending out so they are stalling any way they can, the longer it takes to get it back up and running the more of the warranty is used up so saves them money. Once the warranty is up and we report a problem I bet it takes a lot less time for a reply and no doubt the issue will be a drive train at £3200 or a battery at £2700.

New bikes going out now are still having the same problems we had18/ 24 months ago and these are supposed to have better looms etc, still using the same design sticky buttons that have been a problem from day one.

What is needed is for a bunch of us unhappy customers to get together and all chip in for some proper legal advice and put it to stark.

Too be honest i cant see why they have so many ongoing generic problems.
A couple of real engineers and some quality control would get them most of the way there.
It seems they keep ignoring the obvious problems when fixing them at production
would be more cost effective and give stark some credibility.
