I haven’t had that happen, but had other electronic issues that were sorted by hard reset on bike. Maybe try turning off Arkenstone altogether while removed from docking station, then hold power button on bike for 60 seconds. See if the white light changes color or flashes differently and then dock phone and power up.

Tried every button press configuration, reset app on phone ,pulled controls plug behind front plate, light switched off, plugged back in and was still on.Was Bit worried at first as the bike was off but the light was permanently stuck on and didn’t want to leave it alone /overnight like it.Not sure why it happend but assume it was some kind of random electrical mis communication.
Took fairings off and unplugged the canBUS plug ,plugged it back in and it all worked again fine no problems .

My bike locked up last week but I was getting different colors solid blue and solid red. I was impatient myself waiting for emails and ended up opening two tickets my fault. One ticket was fast they told me what as wrong and it was covered under warranty the other ticket stark wanted to have a conference call. I had the conference call yesterday. Stark now has new software to look at our bikes to see what's wrong. That explained why one ticket was fast and did not require a conference call. Sounds like ticket one support had the new software ticket two did not.

My inverter went out. Taking bike to dealer today I am hopping for a quick turn around.

Could it be that battery is completely discharged?
What happens when you connect the charger?
Just plugged charger in ,flashing green led inside it.bike was 77% and rose to 80%(set to that max) and charger turned of as usual, unplugged all leads and normal operations.on/off,crawl modes,1-5map.
But if I do totally switch it off with the +/- buttons for 20secs it a solid whit light returns.

Sorry to hear your having problems.Hopefully your dealer gets it sorted for you.
Yeah I have contacted support again so will see what they come back to me with.
Hopefully it’s just a glitch as the bike also doesn't seem to want to find/recieve the 1.2.8 update since it was live.
The bike operates normal, but if I do press the +/- switch off method then it’s solid white light again which can be solved by unplugging /plug in the canBUS plug but there’s obviously a fault somewhere that’s causing the solid white light to happen, hopefully it gets solved.
