Check out Jeff Slavens videos on YouTube if you haven’t already. He’s a old Colorado guy, really knows his stuff and does a ton of tire review videos. The Shinko cheaters usually get good marks from him, I’ve tried the 525 myself and like it.

The MXR would be better for Moto, but I would rather not deal with the pack problems. The proximity makes it tempting I’m sure but I’d say hold off for a more desirable situation.

Also, for reference the torque on those side panel screws is just 2 Nm. They don’t take much abuse, so you don’t want to over tighten them or you will spin those brass inserts in the plastic.

Yeah, sounds like the truck would have to run for any significant charging. Nice perk if you are in the market for a truck though. Hopefully the other manufacturers follow suit.

Gotcha. There were a lot of people that didn’t realize both chargers work on both voltages. The standard charger does still have a fan though, just FYI.
