More progress today......mine is done. Mine is different than the ones being made due to mounting with the steering damper. If anyone wants one like this I may have another.

It has taken longer than I would have liked but progress is being made. The MX (behind the steering stem) is milled and the EX (in front like a speedo) will be tomorrow or the next day. I will test fit each type then send them to the anodizer for the black hard coat.

The guy I use for inspection happens to be the motorcycle enhanced person as well. MSO will get you a clean title as is.

I used a hydraulic for the back and a micro switch for the front. Although not required, if the inspector is going to give you grief he could. It just makes the process less painful. BTW a KTM/Husky chain guard fits with little modification.

That's a couple hundred pounds of aluminum bar delivered to the CNC. There is only one job ahead of the Alta guard run now! The two on the right are the speedo location style and the two on the left will be behind the steering stem style.
