Hi Will.i.am, I was out of town so I couldn't respond until now. I removed the Alta pending a sale. Right now I only have word of mouth but if the check does not arrive early this week it will be back on the market and I certainly will let you know.

This will be the last week on eBay. Price reduced to $7,300. If no sale then I will have a backup for my EXR.

I put the bike up on eBay for $7,480 (now the same price here) with the charger and all the upgrades. Can't beat this deal for essentially a new bike that is street legal.

I really like the Guzzi but I can't figure out what that tube is on the side of the bike that makes the noise.

Thanks philmor. Glad to see someone having success repairing one. On another note I cut the one ear that overlaps the Gore vent on any newer version AltaVault MX. If you have an earlier version just remove the one that covers the vent with a band saw.

KTM World in GA was also an Alta dealer (where I bought my MX) and Glenn told me they have done many units. Their success seems to be he said they valved it for the characteristics of the e-bike as opposed to KTM valving. Give them a call to see if it would suit your needs.
