I assume the state of charge is displaying correctly? Running it through a couple charge cycles is going to be the real test. If it does work out consider buying yourself a lottery ticket.

Post a picture of 100% charge and also try and show the lower portion of that screen that shows the numbers. From those two shots it would appear that the imbalance is staying consistent through the charge which would suggest it is not a disconnected cell (which I wouldn't suspect it would be...

I'm probably not understanding you quite right, I honestly haven't a clue what columb counting is. By design when a fuse wire pops/breaks, it only affects the single cell it was associated with. The BCU can no longer see the voltage of this cell, only the voltage of the remaining cells of that...

This one broke at a slightly higher voltage (mod 3 P1). If memory serves it was roughly 3.65v. This one broke when the pack was fully charged. It looked dead perfect at 100% but as soon as the pack started discharging module 3 P group 9 would drop like a stone.

If I'm understanding this correctly, it's saying the pack is at 22%, which just doesn't make sense to me no matter how I try and look at it. A healthy pack with a cell voltage of 3.5v should come in at around 45ish percent. When a wirebond breaks at a lower pack SOC, you will see that P group...

What you are seeing is the voltage of the remaining 5 cells in that parallel group, you can not see the voltage of the disconnected cell because... it's disconnected. That is definitely a wicked imbalance. Not really fully understanding why the SOC is displaying what it is displaying, but like...

Must be a new bottle but that looks like the stuff. There is nothing special about this coolant, it's just regular old green antifreeze. As stated somewhere before, anything that is compatible with aluminum (which should be pretty much anything these days) will work fine. Some coolants don't...

Graph looks just fine. Typically you want to check it at different charge levels but there is nothing there as far as imbalances that should be causing a problem. With Onelappers recent rash of problem A packs I was expecting it to look much like the screenshot he posted.
