Pretty nice outing for Ty last night. After pulling the holeshot, he lost a position and got 2nd in his heat and fourth overall - so close to the podium.

I think would play just as good win blue seat and blue fender accents.

So ‘90s ATK-esque (they also used WP forks). Perfect.

What’s a bit unsettling is that Alta is currently - per their careers page - looking to fill a bunch of engineering roles, several of which are focused on EV / battery tech. Competing in a limited talent pool with someone like H-D will be challenging for a startup, but hopefully the Alta folks...

How long are the motos, if you recall? Someone could always pull a Weinert to help with Alta's traction / battery management.

Title says it all. I'll be in the area for a beach day with the fam, and was planning to stop by the races to watch a couple of heats. Would think racing an Alta on the beach would be more appealing than the post-race cleaning needed for an ICE bike. Anybody planning on attending and racing?
