Battery Cage update I now that I had a basic idea of the scales for my battery cage with the frankensteine dummy we build: it looks soo terrible xD so I went the extra mile now to get a narrowed down shape of the Battery cage in a .DXF format so I can sent it to a CNC Cut Service. I have...

another Honda CR-e build?, nope its a Suzy!

Funny I ordered through Allen from amorge and he didn’t say a word about warranty in regards to open discharge. But anyway since you are unable like everyone else to ship a lithium ion battery back to china this „warranty“ is worth nothing anyway. I know Amorge is happy to help if for example...

@bananu7 I don’t really get your question 🤔 what do you mean with relocate the mount to the inside of the engine? It’s been a while since I was at that step but I found some pics: Here is how it sits on the swingarm bolt: Needed to use flat head screws on the bottom part of the mount so it has...

@bayodome sure thing no worries I will fix that battery in its place. It will get support from right, left, bottom and one open closable bar from the top. I will grind off some more from the top of he motor anyway to gain space for the support frame.

Why not 96 volts instead of 72?

So I would say 72v is the most common as most (plug and play) motor controller sets run on 72v. And most ppl try to do their builds on a budget so 72v will give you a good enough power output by keeping the costs manageable. Additionally (at least here in Germany where I live) 80v is the...
