Cool. But this isn't really a production-intent bike. It is a project bike and "a foundation for further development".

It is definitely not a DIY project, so let's hope Yamaha learns something from it and builds us a production bike.

Crazy how far ahead of their time Alta was... Built, produced and went out of business all before a major manufacturer could even give us a glimpse of their attempt at an electric mx bike. I still think KTM is going to be the first big manufacturer to mass produce an Alta-equivalent mx bike. This Yamaha looks awesome though but the name sucks haha...emx-PRO. Sounds like one of those cheap bikes you can get off Amazon lol.
