account issue with new bike

This is my second Stark, i sold my last one and ordered a new one. I transferred the ownership of the older bike. New bike arrived and went to sign in on my account and it says i don't have a vehicle assigned to my account. i can't get past the log in screen I opened a support chat and I'm waiting on response . Anyone have this issue?
 
I had this happen when I had to replace my phone on my EX - the new phone had to be assigned to the bike by Stark support before it would work with my account.
