Alta headlight does not stay on

Remember it was discussed before, and something had to do with the measured resistance..

I am preparing my bike (Redshift EX) for the annual test / exam. They check the headlight. For some reason the main light does not stay on for more the a second or two after turning the light on. The lamp is fine. Any idea how to fix it in order to pass the test?

Has the bulb changed to a higher wattage? If so the ACM might be browning out the bulb.

I think it was changed to the same stock bulb. Do you remember the exact model number / wattage of the original bulb?

I am running a Cyclops LED headlight bulb and it runs fine. I have the SM model.

Bulb PN ill have to look
But if I recall the wattage has to be under 35 watts

I think you're right. Most bulbs here are 55w. Will try a lower wattage one.
