now bike flashing to 1.5.1 the problem was not solved

What kind of charger are you using? And what are you using for the coms?

So...rapid charger. The 002 error code indicates there was a charge event which did not work correctly. Try revving down in FW and reflash the bike?

(Also your snap shot shows the battery graph at 8% while you say its at 90% and the display shows its at high state of charge....)

The charger you have may have issues, do you have access to another charger?

Oh boy. Are your running at 220V or using an adapter (Russia uses a different plug?)

ground pin ok, I tried different options, 120 volts including.
On the new firmware, the 5 second bike enables upper and lower relay in bms ( inverter see hi voltage charger NOT see hi voltage). In the evening I will check whether it reaches charging

OBC means On-Board Charger. Only supermoto bikes have that.

Whoa...coolant should not be there (let alone coolant cant get in there)....

The fill neck coolant is right above it. Non-correctly sat connector seal
