Hey so i keep noticing that the phone send to just intermittently reset at different points through rides so it's impossible to track mileage.
Am i the only one having this issue, if it's common does anyone know the fix?

If you use the main odometer it should be accurate, although I don't think its easy to see this in the stock app while actively riding. The ride tracking feature is built extremely poorly and has numerous data-collection bugs which causes the tracks to be either very inaccurate or totally corrupted. I would recommend using a third-party app (I used waylog early on) if you want good quality GPX traces or accurate ride mileage tracking.

It has everything to do with them constantly trying to communicate all kind of data between a bike and a phone with a not so consistent data method.
The more people complain to them about it the better.

It's actually the only thing that makes their bike feel cheap. Sad thing is it's the thing you see the most.

Are you talking about it resetting after long breaks? I think it has total distance for the day saved differently.
No, I'm talking about stopping for a couple minutes and looking down and seeing that it went from 8.7 miles a few minutes ago to .7 miles outta no where. I looks like it reset while I was actually moving like something shorted out and it started over.
