Bike's Firmware Number does not show in app.

Hello everyone,
My phone runs the App Version 1.0.185 (Build 416). I cannot get the bike enter crawl mode by either long pressing the up or down button.
Any advice is much appreciated.

Is this a new bike, EX or MX?
Check the bike firmware in >Settings >Your Bike.
Mine is 1.0.218, which (as far as I know) is the latest for MX.
Are both buttons working for changing maps?

It's MX, delivered in November of 2023.
When I go to Settings->Your Bike, it doesn't show any bike firmware. (pls see attached photo).
Yes, both map buttons work just fine.

Contact support via the stark future website. Then send them that photo.

EDIT: Not sure, buy maybe the phone has to be currently paired to the bike to show this?

Now it makes sense, I could never understand how people tell their bike's firmware number..
I tried again with the phone paired to the bike, yet firmware number is nowhere to be shown.
I ll just contact support then and let's see.
