Charging issue

Hello, this is what I see when I have the bike plugged into charge with fast charger.

I thought it was a bike error: When I disconnect the charger connector the "connect ac cable" goes away. So the bike is sensing the change.

Then I thought it was a charger error: When I connect the charge cord to the bike I can hear a relay click. So the charger is sensing the change.

I started inspecting the charge connector but it all looks good. I have not dug into the charger.

Is the green light on for the GFCI switch on the charger? That needs to be on before you can charge.

The green light is on, I can hear a relay click over inside of the battery charger.

Few more questions -

Whats the model of the bike? Is this an EXR or MXR?

Is the ground wire attached to the dccp?

Also is this the first time using the rapid charger? Are you able to charge under 110V or 220V?
