Been having phone connection problems for a long time stark eventully sent a new phone. Got new phone working but the maximum charging rate is now 2.7 kw it was 3.3 with the old phone, we had this once at a practice day but it went back to 3.3 any ideas what is going on?

I don't know where you are but in NZ, the charging system is geolocked - 2.2 kW at home and 3.3 elsewhere.
NZ home wiring 220 Volts and is limited to 10 Amp sockets (mostly). So if you are at the address where you ordered the Stark, the app presumes you're using a 10 Amp socket and limits power to 2.2 kW. If you are elsewhere, then the app presumes you're on a generator and allows the full rate of 3.3 kW.
(This is annoying and I'd rather Stark sold a charger that always did 3.3 kW as my house has (some) sockets rated for 15 Amps. But then that risks people plugging those into 10 Amp sockets, overheating their wiring, and burning their house down.)

I am in the UK we have 220/240 volts 13 amp. You see my thread about the melted plug! that happened with the bike at 6% I fully charged it full speed 3.3kw so lesson learned if it is lower than about 40% I cut the power back to around 3.0 kw.

Well, 240 V and 13 A give you 3.1 kW and since the charger surely doesn't have a 100% efficiency it means that, in order to charge at 3.1 kW, it actually uses more from the wall socket, like for example 3.4 kW, so you should set it at less than 3.1. If I were in your shoes, I would keep it even lower than 3.0, just for precaution.

If anything charge it at a much lower rate
I use a gen set at 1.5
That will make your battery and everything else
last longer and be a lot more happier
I am a bit pedantic I don't even leave the bikes unattended while
charging at least checking that nothings going awol

No problems here. At home i charge it at low speed, but between motos at full.
The reason being at lower speed there are a tadd less losses and less change of blowing a fuse in the house.
We have 16A 230. But it's not the only consumer plugged in.
If the battery is near the same quality as cars it will do full power charges a lott more often tha this bike will be at the track in over 10 years.
It's "fast" charging isn't fast at all.

We need the maximum charging rate possible at home or with generators at the track.
We have a small track in the field behind the house which is the main reason we have electric off road bikes we want to be riding not waiting around for it to charge but not at the risk of burning the garage/house down. Never had a fuse blow or the very modern trip switch system activate on the ring main even when the plug melted!
We also need full speed charging when we take the stark to a MX practice day, we arrive fully charged then put it on charge for the 45 minutes between each 15 minute moto, even doing that each session you are going out with less power than the previous session and you can be close to dropping in to limp mode in the last session.
A few weeks ago we took the stark with us to an Enduro practice day, typical H+H enduro type track you could ride from 10 until 4, one of my sons rode the stark but we also took him an ICE bike to ride because out of the roughly 4 hours he rode he had to put the stark on full speed charging and still only about 2.5 hours riding he did the other 1.5 hours on the ice bike. Also a pain that someone has to stay with the on charge bike for safety and to be sure it does not get stolen.
This is all with 3.3kw charging rate, not exactly practical, lower the charging rate and even less practical.

That's one thing Zero did nail. You could buy adapters so you could add additional chargers. Still very slow, but the idea was right.
If Stark were to do that as an option they could sell another charger, adapter and charge port. Neglecting some of that the bike is too good to require spare parts.
I think the 3.3kW was chosen because that's what a normal household 16A outlet is giving. So idiots could just plug the thing in without trip switches tripping all the time.

I ride with the bike set at the FIM MX1 limit 60hp/ 30percent regain
I would need 2 bikes to make it through a full race day

Or buy a generator like most people do, charge about 1%/min between motos and at lunch break.
