Code 35 and 36, HELP NEEDED

Hello! My ALTA SM just came up with a 35 and 36 code and I am seeing things about this possibly being a battery failure, truly I am not very familiar with how to use the multi tool and am wondering if anybody knows if I can truly fix this on my own/ can send the battery pack to someone to be fixed or if I am better off replacing the battery pack entirely?

It's a 2018 Alta Redshift SM

However I swap the Rims and treat it like it's an mxr, I've hit hollister, and cow mountain with it so it definitely has seen a little abuse but there is no damaged exterior wise that I can see other than my plastics

An A pack with those Codes could be due to a few other issues.
