The emotional reward that I would get for doing stupid one-off stunt like this would never come close to overcoming all the stress and anxiety that I would experience before, during, or after the stunt. I am not into rollercoaster riding either, and those are almost 100% safe. They should be stress-free, but they still freak me out way more that they bring me joy. I never understood the adrenaline rush from that. I really enjoy watching other people do stupid and dangerous things though. The Bubba Scrub blew my mind. Once stupid and dangerous becomes a few normal, maybe I would then want to try it myself. Backflips are still stupid though.

When I was 19 I did something very similar, by mistake - flew off a steep 50' hillclimb onto the flat approach to it. I was going faster & got about the same air time, landing on the front wheel :(. I bent the forks but didn't crash. No wish to repeat.
