Dune riding the stark, overheat?

Anyone here riding dunes with the Varg? Any overheating problems. Can you ride it much in 80hp mode?

Im riding my Varg at the Glamis sand dunes now and I have had zero issues with it overheating. The fan comes on once in a while but the battery is by no means hot. Nothing more than 50 hp is really needed otherwise you will have a hard time keeping the front end down. Yesterday I did two rides, the first one about 15 miles out to Oldsmobile Hill then to Lookout point and made a loop all the way back to the flats and I ran out of battery about 1000 yards from camp. The second ride yesterday was a little more mellow and didn’t do as many hill climbs and I got much more range out of it and still had 30% when I got back. It’s an absolute blast to ride in the dunes, corners like a dream, zero issues climbing hills but it’s unfortunate that the battery drains so quick.
