EX problem with red start button

I've had my bike about two weeks and am having a problem with the red start button. This bike is very low time and is factory clean.

When the button is pressed it remains in the pressed position and does not return to the unpressed position. And, thereby, changing the functions of the bike to obtain the different color flashes is very difficult. This appears to be a mechanical problem with the button, the electrical system relative to the button appears to be working fine.

Have any of you had a problem similar to this?

I haven't heard of that exact problem, but others have had problems with the switch.
I would try some WD-40 to see if that loosens it up.
If that doesn't work, contact Stark support.

I would get this warrantied since the bike is brand new, but if you have an EX model there is a workaround to get you riding now: the kill switch on the right side functions the same way the power button does so you can use that instead to turn the bike ON and OFF.
