Firmware update glitch?

Trying to update SM firmware to 1.3.1 and it just hangs on searching for target? Anyone experienced this and if so how did you "jump start" it?VirtualBox_Alta Multitool_22_05_2022_14_59_47.png

That did the trick Mark.....Thanks. After loading the firmware upgrade it threw a motor timing fault. I ran the timing program and it seems snappier on the throttle and maybe picked up some additional torque.
