I have a MX and a EX. I wanted to install screen protectors on both phones. There weren’t many choices for quality ones. Stark offers one for the EX but it isn’t that nice IMO. There’s a few on eBay and Amazon for MX’s but reviews said they don’t fit completely perfect. Slightly small at the edges.
I used to have a IPhone 11pro max. I recently upgraded to the 17 pro max. I had screen protectors left over from Amazon for both.
Well it turns out that the 11 pro max is almost perfect for the original MX phone 6.5” with the cut out for the speaker up top that iPhone 11max also has just like Stark’s original mx phone. I now suspect the ones selling for the Stark MX are actually the same ones made for the IPhone. So win #1 completed! Then…….
It turns out the 17pro max is even closer to just right. Also the Arkenstone has no cut away so the IPhone 17 max full screen (6.9”) is about perfect but must be straight to prevent bubbles because the fit is almost exact on the sides.
Anyhow I am very pleased at the way both of my Stark phones turned out!
I thought some folks on here may want to do the same. You can get the premium Gorilla glass ones if you want but even the cheapest ones are better than nothing and still nice and clear. But just remember to not waste money on the ones that include the installation box because those easy install boxes are custom made to size for inserting your IPhone in during new screen installation .
For the Stark phones, all you need are the glass screen protectors themselves to install the way it’s always been done before these latest (install box) types became so popular to reduce bubbles for less mechanical types that can’t follow directions well.
