Hello there, my 2019 Alta MXR displayed code 36 for a while, ride and charged with no problem till one day would not start anymore. Now when I attempt to start I can hear the click but nothing happens just a message saying something about negative fail and is asking to cycle the key to restart. Any advice on that? and who can fix it? I am willing to ship the battery if needed
