Number Plate for EX?

I'd like to get a number plate for the EX and get rid of the headlight so I can ride the bike and crash with less worry about smashing things. There is a YouTuber named Shawn Pinney who has one on his EX, but no mention as to where he got it.
I asked SAM and it states that Stark doesn't have one that fits the bike.

Anyone have experience in swapping out the headlight plate for a number plate on the EX?

The Varg MX one is a direct fit - you just unplug the headlight and put the MX one on. That's what I'm running on my EX.

Not without moving the plastic junction box where the map switch, throttle, and docking station plug in.
The back of the headlight doesn't fit because it hits that junction box.
Also, no where to plug it in...
