I got an EX from a local dealer to test.
Nothing other than a free ride was offered, only thing they needed in return was me mentioning i got it from them. Fair deal i suppose!

This is the long version of the entire lap without the street sections, there will be a shorter version this or next week.

This is a Dutch free ride Enduro event. It was 50km and i used 92-20 so 72% works out to 69km range in these conditions.
The dealer placed a 14-49 gearing, however a 15-47 would have added a few percent of range. We saw quite big drops of charge in all the farmland sections where speeds were 70-100 km/h and the dirt thick.

Normally on our ICE bikes i do 2 or 3 laps in starting times between 10:00 - 14:00. 2 laps is doable with full 3,3kW charging but only just. 3 laps is impossible.
This is a reason why i don't feel spening new bike money on this EX just yet since my MX 1.0 is doing well enough for anything not on the street and the EX doesn't offer enough to finish my 2 hour laps either and doesn't quite cut it to do the OTR events all morning (from this video).
Were they to come with a 8.5-10kWh battery AND fast (DC) charging this would be a serious option since many events have charge stations on or near the route.

For how the bike handles...
Just fenonemal, super smoothness in the single tracks. The EX suspension is superb. In the fast sections where deep mud hits all of a suddon it's super stable. I really love it. When they solve the battery size/charge speed issue it's game over for the rest.
