So appropriately enough Stark is using AI to interface with users to lighten the load on Stark's c/s team. I'm not to hip on AI but it seems to me SAM is relatively primitive as far as AI goes. I did ask SAM what SAM stood for, thinking it was a acronym for a cool tech name. Well SAM told me it was simply it's name. Anyway what do you all think of SAM and how good or bad is SAM in helping with questions? It seems before Stark Support will open a ticket you need to address the issues with SAM first then, if SAM can't help SAM opens a ticket for you with Stark Support.
