Stark varg EX left hand rear brake line routing

Hi. After an unsuccessful attempt to find what I did wrong on a stark varg Facebook group, I figure I'll post my issue here.

I ran the left hand rear brake to the RACETORX junction box to run both foot and hand brake.

I'm getting pinching and chaffing. See photos.

What is the best way to route the left hand rear brake line? Pictures encouraged. A lot easier to see a pic than try to describe with words for this one!

I routed it all on the right side, but you can see the fairly severe pinching going on at the edge of the carbon. And the front brake line and numberplate is chaffing the rear brake line pretty bad too. What is the best way to do this?

That's where I put my hand brake line, but I haven't been riding enough to see chafing. However, I can hear it rubbing. Would have been nice for Stark Future to provide photo's or details on the install so we know the proper routing.

Agreed. They really need to. They have a video on the front brake line removal which is like any other dirtbike, but nothing on the LHRB. I have no idea why.

p.s. How do you like the dual use of the rear brake? Does the use of one brake affect the other brake? In other words, if you step on the foot brake, does it cause the hand brake to tighten up, and visa versa? Do they fight with each other?

You can definitely tell when you are mistakingly on both rear brake levers (foot and hand). The hand brake will pulse if you're also on the foot brake. It's kinda a reminder to get off the foot brake. Also if you are riding the foot brake and pull the hand brake and then release the foot brake the hand brake pulls into the bars more (makes logical sense).

The more I ride the handbrake, the more I love it though.

That was my experience with the revloc auto shift system with the hand brake on my KTM 500. It will take some time to get the muscle memory for the hand brake. My first ride on the Varg with the hand brake had me ghosting the foot brake when getting out of control. I need to take it nice and slow untill I get the "hand of it", pun intended. :)
