New owner of a Varg EX - just delivered and still not assembled. I bought the EX as a woods bike. I live in California near legal single track but have to ride about 1 mile on a public road access it, and the local forest service ranger is recently very, very unhappy about me doing that on my unplated two stroke. I hate four stroke maintenance, thus the Varg.
I'd trying to trim whatever weight possible, and the "North Star" headlight assembly weights 1lb 13oz! I do need to have a "plausible" front light (doesn't need to work, just needs to look stock), but I don't need that massive beast. However, I'd like to keep the functionality of the integrated turn signals.
Has anyone removed the headlight and kept the functionality of the integrated turn signals?
