hmmm reading some people saying stuff about problems shipping bike to EU, I want to send mine to Italy specifically

not looking good, the more I read about europe, the more i see rules and regulations about importing battery packs without EU certifications is impossible almost. anyone shipped an alta to EU?

it is possible. But you have to pay 25% tax + about 1500,- Euros for shipping by sea and takes about 3 month (to Germany)

but are there all forms and special permission necesary for the batteries? or can i just ship the thing and deal with the italians when it arrives?
