General WTB Chick bike

I want a small bike for my GF. She is 5-4 100# and has CRF125F. It is too small; she cannot ride properly standing up. I was thinking of a KX500. Opps, a KLX140.
Then I thought… there are all sorts of cheep Chinese electric bikes! Some decent. I could spend hours researching da webz, but you guys are a wealth of information.
Suggestions?

BTW she has a Kawi Z400 and a Lightning Spark.

What will she use the bike for? Trail riding?

One problem that I've had riding small bikes is that the seat was usually too low and so when standing my knees were not squeezing anything, because they were above the seat.
I suggest that she checks whether she can squeeze the bike between her knees while standing, when she tests a potential new small bike.

Trail riding with me and I take her on intermediate stuff. She needs to stand so she doesn’t get bounced by the washboards.
We’re gonna go sit on a KLX next week. Stand too.

Funny thing about gripping the tank…
I have been riding for 50+ years and I don’t. I let the bike float, weight on the pegs.
