People at my work did this and they said it was easy to do using a t shirt.
I have been using a snowboarding neck covering and just pull it up over nose.

I've been 3d printing masks that use MERV16 filter material cut from an HVAC filter. I warm the plastic shell in warm water and remold it to the person's face for a tight seal.
