You didnt follow the "Dirt Bike dont get caught rules" (adopted from my youth when i rode a kx125 practically everywhere)
#1. Dont get caught! haha
#2. Always have an escape route (or two)
#3. Worst case, hide until nightfall and push bike home (no noise )
Why I bought an Alta - Cause I only have follow the First 2 Rules!!!

the really funny part [to me] is that some states actually have their laws written in a way that any e-bike with pedals that turn the rear wheel are legal to drive on public streets. So technically, this would be legal in those states

not all states have a power limit though. And here in CT, the limit is 3kw and 28mph. I'll be making an engraved plaque for my kx250f ev conversion saying 3kw 28mph, and adding headlight and taillight so it's within the state laws. And will have the low mode programmed at 3kw and 28mph in case they want me to show them its real
