Just spoke to Ekho on the phone and asked if the delivery date was realistic. He suspected I’d likely be part of the May/June delivery batch. I then asked if he had a way to contact Stark directly so I could share my feedback on the process. I’ve been very underwhelmed and frustrated by the lack of communication from Stark on timelines. If they had been communicative and transparent about the timelines from the beginning it would be a vastly improved customer experience. Totally understand that this is a new, in-demand product but clear expectations should be top priority.
I paid in full on March 3 and received an email that my delivery date was March 17. Then it moved to April then May then July then back to May and now April. This is ridiculous.
