Is there any way to identify the springs themselves?
I have multiple bikes with KYB forks. I would love to see what's in there but i fail to find markings.

Thank you! So I found two K's on my suspension wich matches the hard enduro I ordered. With around 1000km now I'd say the suspension should be broken in. I'm a bit above 100kg with gear and I'm getting 60mm (20%) Sag loaded from the fork which I find a bit small. What would you say? The other observation was that I found my shock rebound (the screw near the linkage) 32 !! clicks in what maked it really tough. Recommended settings vary (depends on source) between 6 and 12 clicks. So you might want to check that.

This is written a bit confusing - you always count suspension clicks from fully closed. So you turn the clicker adjuster CW until it stops and that's your current setting. To set it to a specific number you start from fully closed and count the clicks outward (CCW). SAM now has the numbers for the EX as well, but I'm a bit skeptical about the rebound settings for the "K" spec - seem excessive for just a spring up. On my "J" spec EX the settings as delivered were close to what SAM now has and I didn't stray very far from that.

Thank you very much, seems I counted into the wrong direction!
