Is the $800 Titanium Bolt kit worth it?

For less than a kilo saved? Hard no.

I just remembered from my MTB days, to save 1-2 lbs of the bike, it cost thousands. Not sure if it was worth it on a Dirt bike.

The guys who can feel the difference don't ask for it. They get paid and prepped by sponsors.

One piece of information to answer whether the bolts kit is worth it is to know what happens if you buy it and then need to replace one bolt for example because you strip it or because you lose it: can you buy the single part? If not, you'll either replace it with a steel one or you will need a whole new kit.

You won't feel te difference. I have them for some while. Just because the dealer had them in stock and not the normal ones. They seem more robust so far although people have been able to bend them in Hard Enduro.

Agreed. Better for your health to lose a kilo or 2 by working out and improving diet than wasting the hard earned on bolts. Plus, it will help more in moto or HE to be fitter.
