Thinking electric... again... garage full of parts still

i know it is sour grapes but when the world does go electric we should boycott the tracks that banned us. when i was 11...1969 i and my friends had mini bikes with 1quart gas tanks. the three of us would fill up sometimes for a dime but always getting change for a quarter. the owner eventually...

NO ELECTRICS ON A SUPERMOTO TRACK! are they afraid you will blow your motor and spill slippery electrons all over the road?

sorry man, i didn't mean to start a fight. i've been riding electrics(alta) since 2017 and i was the only one anywhere near me who did. back then we were thrilled when anyone would offer anything rideable that was electric. 8 years later there are 6 or 8 sur ron ish bikes and a varg in my woods...

HVR MX2 99kg Fullsize MX and HVR 85Pro 85cc Size Bike from Germany

WOW! remember when we all thought it was great when anyone offered any kind of electric bike? have we become stark snobs or can anyone still ride an emotorcycle? aren't there enough people hating on electrics without us turning our noses up at anything but the best? we are truly not helping what...

    Yamaha YE-01

i'm sorry i must have napped for a decade! did you say japanese don't do the best electrics? and it seems old yamahas are the bike that gets converted to electric most often. seems like a cool bike to me, i really like e.m. but i am too old to even think about trials anymore. yamaha does have a...

    Honda WN7 (Wind Naked, Fun)

i hope honda loses a lot of the cowlings. i just don't like it when they cover up a motorcycle, that's where the beauty lies.

Poll BIG BEAUTIFUL POLL: A big fixed battery vs. a small swappable battery

and on that note, i have an extra battery for my alta and it is a hassle to recharge the battery periodically. is there any kind of attachment i could buy or make to hook my charger, for an mx, to that battery without using the bike? ps, i am old and stupid so no overly complicated answers please.

Poll BIG BEAUTIFUL POLL: A big fixed battery vs. a small swappable battery

gentlemen you are being short sighted here. the obvious answer is swappable and standardization of batteries. if we all used the same battery you could swap them quickly and it could be like exchanging propane tanks, back riding in 5 minutes or less. that way you don't own the battery, your...

Owner's Review Anyone else find Stark support crap?

regardless of manufacturer I tend to shy away from 1st year offerings. the big 4 had their problems too, you just may have still been in diapers then. jap bikes vibrated their parts off and often just died. they were made of $h!t metal, handled like sleds, had bad brakes, street bikes dragged...
