Did you do any suspension modifications? What spring and damper settings? I found a Stark Varg supermoto build here where they did a bunch of fine suspension and geometry tuning but wondered to what degree those mods would even be noticeable for a layman.

It's just removing the fenders and swapping dirt wheels. The front fender is a single 11mm nut. The rear fender is that plus 2 hose clamps. The entire job could be done in under an hour if done sloppily, maybe 30 min with practice.
