You might want to re-install app updates. That's what they told me to do when I had this issue and re-installing updates fixed a few other bugs I was seeing in the app too.

There are two different issues that can happen with different remedies:
1) The phone is still paired but won't connect because it is asleep. The power button tap will wake up the phones bluetooth for that issue.
2) The phone becomes unpaired from the bike completely. If this happens the power...
- Click modes > advanced modes > Select a mode to customize it.
- The power curve has a bunch of dots on it, press and drag to move them where you want them.
- The lighting bolt icon switches between the power and regen maps for the mode you have selected
- Hit the save icon to save your changes...
If you need to reconnect the phone to the bike don't attempt to do it manually just restart the phone. I dont think its possible to connect like youre pairing a headset or something. You have to let the app do it on start up.
The thing you're describing is the power button on the Arkenstone. "Blank screen button" gave me a good chuckle. You "blanking the screen" puts the phone into sleep and "unblanking" it is waking it back up which effectively activates the bluetooth if it was not currently active due to being in a...
This is what I think would be a bad idea just given what I've read. The battery really shouldn't get bricked if it fully drains. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure that is a Stark issue not a battery tech issue.
I'm with you on trying to save 20-25% of the battery when planning a ride to avoid...
I dont think that is a good idea. The owners manual says not to let the battery drain completely under the storage section and I have read a few cases where people who did let it drain completely had to have their battery replaced. I am not sure if that issue has been resolved but I would go by...
I reset the app again and re-applied the updates and it is now working correctly. I'm not sure if this made the difference but on the second try I force closed the app after uninstalling the updates and before trying to re-apply them.
I don't have a video to share but here's the process the...
I have an EX model and haven't been able to get the charger settings to apply. I've been going around and around with support and they keep asking me to update the firmware or the app version but I am already on the latest of both so I'm coming here to see if anyone else has run into this and...
I would get this warrantied since the bike is brand new, but if you have an EX model there is a workaround to get you riding now: the kill switch on the right side functions the same way the power button does so you can use that instead to turn the bike ON and OFF.
Congrats and welcome! I will address what I can:
1. There is a website that links to the video and the manual. I believe you can access the pdf from the app but I just bookmarked the manual.

You should be able to reset the advanced modes based on the the basic modes. @drehwurm68 explained how to do it the previous post. Its the third icon from the right in my screen shots. However this does not appear to be working for the regen curve at the moment.
