It's sad and, of course, absolutely comforting to hear that the "phone" thing is hopeless from somebody like you.
The times I felt like a complete and utter idiot for not getting ot to "dash" mode etc......

I've had my EX since 6/2025 and I love it.
My two biggest concerns when ordering it sadly came true: Arkenstone "connectivity" or software issues and mediocre support - to put it nicely. I will never contact support again and will never deal with a "ticket" again.
