Stark varg support is the worst

We compare because we have the benchmark, and we want better.

Stark varg support is the worst

My ye olde 250 has been weighed a few times, 'cause I was curious. And yeah, it's frame is a noodle compared to modern stuff, but it just works well for me in supermoto? Well, it would work better if I hadn't gone too mad scientist on the motor. The 292 setup provides a flat torque curve and...

Stark varg support is the worst

My 92 Yamaha WR250ZD is 200lbs gassed and good to go in sumo trim, my 19 150SX wasn't far from there in sumo trim either. My 09 300XCW was 230 gassed and ready? Current 300XC is 240lbs gassed up. Remember current MX bikes are built around AMA/FIM rules for minimum weight and are not as light as...

    2025 KTM Freeride E

It's all production motorcycle parts, just some are from their 85cc sized machines vs stuff put on the full size bikes. The Freerides I've seen didn't do things like sport mountain bike parts that maybe were 'beefed up' to try and keep up, etc?

7 Support Tickets in 4 Months — Now a Drivetrain Issue Stark Says is Tires. It Isn't.

I've never had unbalanced wheels effects not be tied to road speed though. Below a certain speed, unnoticiable, in the problem zone you notice and there is a variation in period based on speed, and sometimes when you go faster than the problem zone they self cancel out, but speed was always a...

    2025 KTM Freeride E

They finally solved the 110v charging issue in the US, cool! But... now charging is capped at 660w max... boo!

    General A bike chain "half-link"

They exist... one would make my bike setup much easier... but they are a massive weak link in chain, literally. I won't run one, don't want to risk it.

7 Support Tickets in 4 Months — Now a Drivetrain Issue Stark Says is Tires. It Isn't.

One item in your review of the facts is off: If the vibration has a fixed period that is not related to road speed, it's not going to be any of the driveline spinning parts. Everything from the wheel back through to the motor have a fixed speed ratio relationship to road speed. The only motor...

    Fast 7kW charger

That's two 110v phases though, if the charger only operates on single phase, you're capped at the 110v limit of 3.5kw.

    Dust Moto

Ya know, I'm OK with clubs / orgs not using freaking Facebook as their primary means of getting official information out there. Having to rely on FB to find out grids were reposted, stupid.

    Fast 7kW charger

A charger, for a dirt bike, that can't be exposed to dust or humidity... Nice to see a faster 110v charge option for the US though, but we're still locked to 3.5kw max unless you're in a place with industrial power.

Sadly requires 400v three phase so... no joy for US folks.

    Second wheel set

Part of the reason 16.5in front rims are popular on sumos, more caliper to spoke clearance. Also, I did the exact same thing to a Brembo radial, so you're not alone. :D

Stark Varg EX - Warp 9 SM (Front) Wheel Fitment Question

Cut the fork guards for clearance, we've been doing that for years on pretty much every converted dirtbike, it's normal. This is partially why Stark, KTM, etc go to wider fork clamps to get more working room for wider sumo wheels on their dedicated sumos. Also, if the Stark fork guards cross...

    Stark Battery Tech Thread

That... is not what I was hoping Test 3 would be. I was hoping it was going to be extreme low temps after the high temp testing.
