    Fast 7kW charger

That's two 110v phases though, if the charger only operates on single phase, you're capped at the 110v limit of 3.5kw.

    Dust Moto

Ya know, I'm OK with clubs / orgs not using freaking Facebook as their primary means of getting official information out there. Having to rely on FB to find out grids were reposted, stupid.

    Fast 7kW charger

A charger, for a dirt bike, that can't be exposed to dust or humidity... Nice to see a faster 110v charge option for the US though, but we're still locked to 3.5kw max unless you're in a place with industrial power.

    Stark Battery Tech Thread

Sadly requires 400v three phase so... no joy for US folks.

    Second wheel set

Part of the reason 16.5in front rims are popular on sumos, more caliper to spoke clearance. Also, I did the exact same thing to a Brembo radial, so you're not alone. :D

Stark Varg EX - Warp 9 SM (Front) Wheel Fitment Question

Cut the fork guards for clearance, we've been doing that for years on pretty much every converted dirtbike, it's normal. This is partially why Stark, KTM, etc go to wider fork clamps to get more working room for wider sumo wheels on their dedicated sumos. Also, if the Stark fork guards cross...

That... is not what I was hoping Test 3 would be. I was hoping it was going to be extreme low temps after the high temp testing.

    Suzuki RM-E Build 2026

If your wheel crosses to a common application, Rebel Gears can usually cut you custom rear aluminum sprockets to whatever tooth count will actually fit for around the same cost as a name brand aluminum rear sprocket. If it doesn't cross, you'll need to supply the bolt pattern/etc. I've used them...

    Suzuki RM-E Build 2026

Good catch, so 17mm confirms it's the old Honda 50 pattern at least. I know lots of places that do custom rear sprockets, I never found any for fronts.

    Suzuki RM-E Build 2026

Boy that sprocket screams Ye Olde Honda pattern to me, and it would make sense given how many Honda 50 pattern motors are made in China that they'd opt for what they've already got in bulk. JT Sprockets: Catalogue has the dimensions. If it is that pattern, someone in China is making 520 versions...

radial master cylinder for left hand rear brake

And this is why I never was a fan of shorty levers either. Just move the masters, keep the leverage.

    Educate me - Ultra Bee...

I've rocked full large course built sumos, clamps, fully worked forks, shock to match, had a shortened swingarm for a bit, etc, and I raced my 150SX with just a wheel swap, not even an oversized front brake. For short track, the 150 worked pretty damn well and got bounced back and forth between...

    Talaria Komodo

Seeing it getting VERY flexy on a landing didn't inspire confidence, nor did it throwing chains from swingarm flex?

    Buying new or demo bike

In the US, with other brands normally the warranty clock wouldn't start ticking on a demo until the bike was actually sold and MSO/Title signed over. You're loosing nearly a year of warranty, that's a personal call if the savings is worth that shorter warranty?

    Educate me - Ultra Bee...

...wouldn't be my first over-build... :D My first race bike was a CRF70, that at the end I did regular big bike trackdays on after spending stuuuuuuupid amounts on developing it. I'm not looking for quite that level of dumb, but my normal logic is assume whatever I buy I'm going to need to...
