@HITNRUN This image is from another thread here, I added some info. Hopefully it will help...
Unplug your Street legal blinkers 3&4.
Unplug 1.
Hard shut down the bike.
Change the 7&8 around, depending on where yours is plugged into.
Plug 1 back in and make sure it's nicely seated.
Start up...
I finally got my VARG app to update today, after days of completely useless "copy and paste" pointless assistance from Stark Support.
I eventually had to ask for someone with proper technical knowledge and someone higher up at Stark finally gave me a solution that instantly worked.
I was...
Still nothing available on my Arkenstone for my EX in the USA. Mine is still on 2.6.1 and I can't force it to update seeing that the VARG app is a system app and not un-installable.
Anyone else in the US on a newer version than 2.6.1 of the app?
According to the Stark website, the EX comes with an option for "X-Grip Medium Mousse"
I'm trying to find that description from the X-Grip lineup but there is no such model. My EX has mousse front and rear the way I ordered it, but I'd like to know exactly which mousses they used so I can get...
After another full shutdown and restart, I just managed to update to 1.6.0.
Just by chance I tried a few things and discovered that the EX "kill switch" on the right hand grip now has a different function. Previously, it basically did the same as the on/off switch on the left grip. I used it in...
I was thinking the same thing, but any thoughts on how they would effectively run the connections if both sides of the 26120 would be connected to the case sides?
Sounds like there is a problem with your Stark Phone. If it's not as easy as a wireless charging activation or deactivation setting (which is deactivated on the later versions) then there is a problem with the wireless charging module on your phone. If still under warranty, get it replaced.
It's screwed up that the support guys just lie when asked.
I punched in the same question and got a different answer from SAM a couple days ago, and then got the same lie directly from the support guys.
I wonder why they can't be open about something as simple as this question...I guess it's...
It probably won't be necessary when you would need to charge your bike because you can just park the bike close to the generator, but I did get myself this L14-30 extension for my WEN 6800 generator - just in case:

It's a little hefty, but I can load mine myself. It has a retractable handle and wheels which may help if you pull it up a ramp or something - if needed. But it's a great generator. Very compact for its output.
