Thanks, i have the European version so the plug is fine. Im currently emailing with them. I think they will send me a new charger tomorrow.

When i plug in the charger the light turns blue and the app says charging. But its not charging and the ventilator of the charger doesn’t turn on. Im waiting for a response of stark support, in the meantime i try to figure out the problem myself. Anyone else had this problem? And how to solve...
