When I was looking for an Alta I read the MXR had better forks...and newer is (usually)/always better...so that is why I started looking for 2018/2019 MXRs.

I sometimes do Airbnb’s when I travel to .de for work (& an easier/shorter walk to Octoberfest) ....and the apartments I have stayed in have had a combo heat/air con unit.
